This gorgeous Double Ruffle hair bow is the perfect accessory for any outfit or a special holiday dress. The ruffle hair bow is made with 2 layers of ruffle ribbon. The top layer is 7/8" double ruffle ribbon and the bottom layer is 1.5" double ruffle ribbon. The hair bow is attached to a very soft and stretchy 3" crochet headband and is perfect for newborn babies to an 8 year old girl.
